Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully, as they govern your access to and use of the Services (as defined below) and include important information about your legal rights. By accessing or using the Services, including by submitting any content, prompt, or document through the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not understand or accept these Terms, you must refrain from using the Services.
1. Introduction
Welcome to GEVER's website at https://geverhealth.com/he (the "Website"), which is owned and operated by Gever Health Ltd. ("GEVER", "we", "us", or "Company").
These Terms govern your access to and use of GEVER's platform and Website for obtaining prescription hair loss treatments and related services ("Services").
Some features of the Services may have additional specific terms that supplement these Terms. In case of conflict between such additional specific terms and these Terms, the additional terms will control only for the specific feature to which they apply.
For purposes of these Terms, "you" and "your" means you as the user of the Services. GEVER and you are collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party".
2. Nature of Services
GEVER is a telemedicine platform that connects users with licensed physicians for the evaluation and treatment of male pattern hair loss. The Services facilitate medical consultations and the prescription of evidence-based treatments, but do not replace in-person medical care, comprehensive health evaluations, or ongoing physician-patient relationships for complex medical conditions.
IMPORTANT: The Services do not constitute emergency medical care and are not intended for urgent medical situations. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, do not use this platform and call emergency services immediately.
Nothing on the Services – including any information, recommendation, or treatment plan – constitutes a guarantee of results. Treatment outcomes vary significantly among individuals, and no specific results can be promised or assured. All medical advice and prescriptions are provided by independent licensed physicians, not by GEVER. GEVER serves solely as a platform connecting users to independent licensed physicians and does not practice medicine or interfere with medical decisions made by healthcare providers.
3. Eligibility
You must meet all of the following requirements to use the Services:
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be male. The treatments offered through the Services are intended solely for male pattern hair loss.
- You must not have any medical conditions that contraindicate the use of the prescribed treatments (finasteride and/or minoxidil), as determined by the reviewing physician.
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where GEVER is authorized to provide Services and where the reviewing physician is licensed to practice.
By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not permitted to access or use the Services.
GEVER reserves the right to decline or refuse service to any individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria or whose medical history indicates that treatment may not be medically appropriate, or for any other reason in GEVER's sole discretion.
4. Using the Services
4.1.
You may access and use the Services solely for obtaining medical consultations and treatment for hair loss for your personal use, provided you comply with these Terms, all applicable laws, and any additional guidelines, policies, or documentation we provide.
4.2. User Process.
To use the Services, you must:
4.2.1.
Complete a detailed health and hair-loss questionnaire. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your medical history, current medications, allergies, and hair loss condition. Providing false or incomplete information may result in inappropriate treatment recommendations and poses serious health risks.
4.2.2.
Submit the questionnaire for physician review. A licensed physician will review your questionnaire and determine whether treatment is medically appropriate for you.
4.2.3.
Receive a prescription (if approved). If the physician determines that treatment is appropriate for you, you will receive a prescription. If treatment is not appropriate, you will be notified and no prescription will be issued.
4.2.4.
Receive treatment delivery. If a prescription is issued, your treatment will be delivered to the address you provide.
4.3. Medical Disclaimer and Responsibility
4.3.1. Evidence-Based Treatments.
The treatments offered through the Services are based on evidence-based clinical guidelines and typically include finasteride and/or minoxidil, both of which are widely used and clinically proven to slow hair loss and promote regrowth in many men.
4.3.2. Individual Results Vary.
Results from treatment vary among individuals. Some users may experience significant hair regrowth, while others may experience stabilization of hair loss or minimal improvement. No specific results are guaranteed.
4.3.3. User Responsibility.
You are solely responsible for following the prescription and treatment instructions provided by your physician. You must:
- Use the medication exactly as prescribed.
- Report any side effects or concerns to your physician promptly.
- Inform your physician of any changes to your health status or other medications you take.
4.3.4.
You acknowledge and agree that safe and effective use of the prescribed treatment is solely your responsibility. Misuse of the medication, failure to follow instructions, or failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in adverse health outcomes.
4.4. Prescription and Physician Review
4.4.1. All prescriptions are issued by independent, licensed physicians who conduct an independent medical review of your health questionnaire to determine whether treatment is medically appropriate for you.
4.4.2. A prescription will only be issued if the reviewing physician determines that:
- You meet the mandatory eligibility criteria for treatment, though the physician may consider additional factors based on their professional discretion and experience.
- You have no contraindications, allergies, or existing medical conditions that would render the treatment medically unsafe or inappropriate.
- The proposed treatment is clinically indicated and medically appropriate based on your comprehensive health assessment, medical history, and hair loss condition.
4.4.3. GEVER does not influence, direct, or interfere with the physician's medical judgment, and the physician's decision is final. GEVER does not monitor or independently verify the accuracy or truthfulness of the information submitted by you; instead, you are required to declare in the applicable form that all information provided is true and accurate. If your request for treatment is denied, you may not resubmit the same or misleading information in an attempt to obtain a prescription.
4.5. Delivery
4.5.1. If a prescription is issued, your treatment will be delivered to the address you provide during the ordering process. You are solely responsible for providing an accurate and secure delivery address.
4.5.2. You acknowledge and agree that:
- GEVER shall not be liable for delivery delays or failures resulting from third-party carrier issues, incorrect delivery addresses, or circumstances beyond GEVER's control.
- Delivery is managed by drivers of our partnered pharmacy. The drivers use your contact information to facilitate delivery and will coordinate with you directly. You must follow the driver's instructions regarding delivery arrangements and timing.
- You are solely responsible for the safekeeping of the medication once delivered.
4.6. Side Effects and Safety
4.6.1. Potential Side Effects. Like all medications, finasteride and minoxidil may cause side effects. Possible side effects include, but are not limited to: scalp irritation, decreased libido, erectile dysfunction, dizziness, and other adverse reactions.
You should carefully review all medication information provided with your prescription and consult your physician promptly if you experience any side effects.
4.6.2. Long-Term Use and Medical Supervision. Long-term use of finasteride and minoxidil for the treatment of male pattern hair loss is generally considered safe when used under medical supervision and as prescribed. However, continuous monitoring by a qualified healthcare provider is essential. You agree to:
- Promptly report any side effects or adverse reactions to your physician immediately.
- Discontinue use and seek immediate medical care if you experience severe or concerning symptoms.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: The information provided herein is for informational purposes only. GEVER is not responsible for any aspect of your medical treatment, including but not limited to side effects, adverse reactions, treatment outcomes, or any other health-related consequences. GEVER serves solely as a connecting platform between you and licensed healthcare providers. All medical decisions, prescriptions, treatment recommendations, and ongoing care remain the exclusive responsibility of the independent licensed physicians who provide services through the platform. You acknowledge that GEVER does not provide medical advice, does not practice medicine, and assumes no liability for any medical treatment or health outcomes whatsoever.

5.3. Termination does not limit our ability to pursue any other legal rights, equitable remedies, or other recourse available under applicable law.

6. Third-Party Services
6.1. The Services may integrate third-party software, service providers, and delivery partners. GEVER makes no warranty as to the performance, availability, or reliability of third-party providers and is not responsible for service issues, delays, or failures caused by third-party providers.
6.2. The Services may also contain links to third-party websites or resources. Such links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement or approval by GEVER. Your access to and use of any linked third-party website is entirely at your own risk and subject to that third party's terms and policies.
7. Ownership and Intellectual Property
7.1. Ownership of the Website and Platform. The Website and Platform, including their design, layout, text, graphics, images, logos, user interface, and any other materials, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. GEVER retains full ownership of all rights, title, and interest in and to the Website and Platform, including all associated intellectual property rights. You agree not to take any action that conflicts with or undermines these ownership rights.
7.2. Ownership of Trademarks. The GEVER name, trademarks, logos, and all related branding elements – such as product and service names, designs, and slogans – are the exclusive intellectual property of GEVER. You may not use, copy, display, reproduce, or otherwise exploit any GEVER trademarks or branding elements without our express written consent. Other trademarks, names, logos, or designs appearing on the Website (including those of pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical device companies, or third-party service providers) are the exclusive property of their respective owners, who may or may not be associated with, endorsed by, or affiliated with GEVER.
